Malwarebytes, a global leader in real-time cyber protection, today launched Malwarebytes Mobile Security for OneView, enabling MSPs to safeguard Chromebooks, Android and iOS devices against the latest mobile threats such as ransomware and malicious apps. MSPs can now use the Malwarebytes OneView multi-tenant platform to monitor their customers' mobile phones and tablets alongside their servers, workstations and laptops. With real-time protection, MSPs also can prevent accidental access to harmful websites, safeguard against malicious apps, block unwanted in-app ads and enable a secure mobile experience for their customers.
"Nearly half (45%)1 of organizations have been subject to a security incident involving a phone or tablet that led to data loss, downtime or another negative outcome," said Brian Thomas, VP of Worldwide MSP and Channel Programs, Malwarebytes. "MSPs are in a prime position to both help their customers secure mobile devices, while also boosting their growth and profitability by offering a streamlined and effective solution. It's a win-win situation for our partners."

Trellix, the cybersecurity company delivering the future of extended detection and response (XDR), today announced expanded support for Amazon Security Lake from Amazon Web Services (AWS), designed to automatically centralize security data from cloud, on-premises, and custom sources into a purpose-built data lake. This offering is designed to enable simpler and faster delivery of Trellix XDR solutions along with increased data privacy for AWS customers.
Trellix’s expanded support for Amazon Security Lake allows AWS customers to integrate their security data lake into the Trellix XDR security operations platform while also using the Open Cybersecurity Schema Framework (OCSF). Amazon Security Lake is a service that automatically centralizes an organization’s security data from cloud and on-premises sources into a purpose-built data lake in a customer’s AWS account so customers can act on security data faster. In addition, the OCSF schema enables Trellix customers to combine hundreds of data sources with Amazon Security Lake data. As a result, AWS and Trellix customers can seamlessly apply Trellix machine learning (ML), threat intelligence, and predictive analytics to gain important insights that allow for deeper detection and faster threat mitigation.
“The amount of data available to any enterprise today is staggering,” said Britt Norwood, Senior Vice President, Global Channels & Commercial at Trellix. “Without a way to centralize the management and storage of that data, it’s difficult for customers to glean the insights needed to keep data safe. Our integration with Amazon Security Lake provides customers with more centralized visibility and quick resolution of their security issues.”
“With security at the forefront, we are relentlessly focused on innovating to deliver new ways to help customers secure their cloud environments,” said Rod Wallace, General Manager for Amazon Security Lake at AWS. “Customers who leverage Amazon Security Lake and Trellix can collect a wide spectrum of security logs and findings in Amazon Security Lake and send them to Trellix for advanced analytics and incident response.”
Trellix for Amazon Security Lake: Through new combined capabilities, customers can share security events across Trellix XDR and their Amazon Security Lake, getting complete detection and response capabilities for their AWS environments. By consolidating their security alerts into Amazon Security Lake using OCSF, security teams can spend their time protecting environments instead of performing the undifferentiated heavy lifting of managing their security data.
Trellix and OCSF: Trellix is proud to be a contributing member to the opensource OCSF community which has built a framework promoting interoperability and data normalization between security products. Joining OCSF promotes collaboration with other industry organizations, further benefiting customers and the broader cybersecurity community.
“Working with Trellix and AWS has made it so easy for us to manage analysis supporting our Hive-IQ platform,” said Laura Nolan, Executive Vice President, TeamWorx Security. “We are continuously impressed with how Trellix and AWS deliver new and innovative ways to help us stay secure within our cloud environments.”
Trellix is a global company redefining the future of cybersecurity and soulful work. The company’s open and native extended detection and response (XDR) platform helps organizations confronted by today’s most advanced threats gain confidence in the protection and resilience of their operations. Trellix, along with an extensive partner ecosystem, accelerates technology innovation through machine learning and automation to empower over 40,000 business and government customers with living security. Tessian, a leading Integrated Cloud Email Security company, today announced the general availability of Tessian Respond, a major improvement in how security teams identify and respond to email threats compared to traditional secure email gateway solutions.
Security teams today face a backlog of end-user reported email threats, missed attacks by traditional controls, and spend too much investigating and remediating individual emails. Tessian Respond enables security teams to quickly identify and respond to all email threats by offering proactive threat hunting capabilities and enabling response and remediation for end-user reported emails. Security admins can now use powerful search queries that leverage intelligence and threat indicators from across the entire Tessian platform.
Hundreds of world leading organizations trust the Tessian Cloud Email Security Platform which offers the industry's most complete set of capabilities required for cloud email security: Tessian Defend, Tessian Protect, Tessian Respond, and Tessian Coach, in a simple to deploy model.
"At Tessian, we are focused on helping our customers eliminate email based threats," said Allen Lieberman, Chief Product Officer of Tessian. "As customers pivot to cloud based email platforms, they are reconsidering their email security stack to prevent more threats and simplify operations. With the introduction of Tessian Respond, combined with our existing Defend, Protect, and Coach capabilities, Tessian has established a platform that can be deployed in minutes, dramatically reducing email based risk and greatly simplifying operations."
"Tessian stops email threats, including Phishing, Business Email Compromise and attacks that could lead to Ransomware or Credential theft on a daily basis," said Jason Patterson, Senior Director of InfoSec, Compliance and Risk Management at Nasuni. "Without Tessian, these threats would have reached our end users. The platform is easy to use for both administrators and end users. However, Investigating the larger impact of an email threat used to take 20 minutes or longer, due to pivoting between multiple tools and powershell scripts. With Tessian Respond, we can now pivot directly from a security event to an investigation in the Tessian platform that allows us to quickly understand the broader risk and remediate the full attack campaign in just a few clicks."
Tessian's mission is to secure the human layer by empowering people to do their best work, without security getting in their way. Using machine learning technology, Tessian automatically predicts and eliminates advanced threats on email caused by human error - like data exfiltration, accidental data loss, business email compromise and phishing attacks - with minimal disruption to employees' workflow. Founded in 2013, Tessian is backed by renowned investors like Sequoia, Accel, March Capital and Balderton Capital, and has offices in San Francisco, Boston and London.
