International Study: LeanIX SAP S/4HANA Survey 2022
An SAP S/4HANA transformation is not only a technical upgrade, but an economic imperative. In a recent study, the majority of international IT experts name “business innovation” and “process optimization” as the primary reasons to migrate to SAP S/4HANA. Still, only 12% of companies surveyed have completed this transformation – and the clock is ticking. Support for SAP ECC ends in 2030. But, transformation projects are complicated by the high complexity of existing ERP landscapes. For example, seventy percent (70%) of companies use more than one ERP system, most of which are individually configured and may come from providers other than SAP.
