China is planning to strengthen its systems to ensure security in cyberspace and is keeping an eye on the US government’s review of its own cybersecurity capabilities, a Chinese official said on Thursday.Cybersecurity has been a flashpoint for China-US relations. The US has accused the Chinese government and military of cyber attacks against US government targets. Beijing denies the claims and says it is a victim of hacking.
