Nokia acquires Deepfield, enhances IP network security analytics capabilities

Nokia has reached an agreement to acquire Deepfield, deepening its analytics-driven network and service automation capabilities.Ann Arbor, Michigan-based Deepfield is a specialist in real-time analytics for IP network performance management and security. Financial terms of the acquisition, which is expected to close in the first quarter of 2017, were not disclosed. The company was founded in 2011 and currently employs 65 people.
